I live here with my husband. It is a Retirement Flat with 70 flats. Nicely appointed to Westbourne with its eclectic array of shops, restaurants and cafes plus Banks and a wonderful Post Office. Retired here from Hertfordshire and love being here. If you want to retire then you have to be 60 or over to buy in this block. There is a communal lounge besides a fully equipped laundry room and lovely manicured and well kept gardens. You can rent here too from 55 yrs old. 2 lifts service the block and there is a House Manager on site. Totally recommend it here.
