After the previous flat roof installation wasn't constructed to regulations, had a leaking skylight, and was sagging/pooling - the property was certainly in need of some expertise to sort the problems out! Sam and his team managed to re-design the 4x flat roof areas with the required insulation and slopes to prevent pooling. The new skylight also makes a massive impact! The job wasn't without its challenges - but the team worked flawlessly to resolve every hurdle thrown at them. Highly recommended!

The Flat Roofing Company replaced our flat roof (of a 14-unit, 3-storey, block of flats in central Bournemouth) in July 2023. From the initial assessment of the job, in person, by Sam Bridgeway to the warranty handover on job completion, everything was done professionally. I must compliment Sam on his excellent customer relationship skills; he was very responsive to email communication, polite and kept us informed of progress and any delays all along the way. He chose excellent scaffolders (Ricketts) and his team of men were equally courteous and friendly. The work was carried out to a high standard, and we were impressed with the finished appearance. Of course, only time will tell if the job lives up to its 20-year warranty, but it is looking good at the moment! We would thoroughly recommend this company to any block of flats looking for a similar flat roof replacement/refurbishment. Five companies were invited to bid for this work, but it is only the Flat Roofing Company that gave us the confidence to proceed. They even identified aspects of the work that was not picked up by other estimators, thus providing a more thorough job.
