I had an alarm fault and saturday, the engineer was professional and responsive. Luckily an emergency weekend call out was averted but an engineer arranged and the fault was fixed the following tuesday, 10/10. Thank you very much.

The lads at Direct Alarms & Security LTD done a great job fixing our communal intercom system which had been broken for months. Our building management company had sent 2 different companies previously who couldn’t fix the issue after multiple visits but Direct Alarms & Security got it fixed in a single visit.
