I was very pleased with my experience here: I came in because I wasn't sure what to do with my broken shoes (maybe the could be fixed or I had to buy a new pair). I met an assistant, Chloe, who was very helpful. I told her my problem and she explained what was happening and advised me on what to do. She didn't try to sell me new shoes straight away and she allowed me to try a spray and insoles without charge. However, we realised that they couldn't be fixed and I needed a new pair and even though they didn't have the exact design in store, Chloe helped me ordered them online. Thank you Chloe for such amazing service and I will definitely come here again!

I went today and was helped by the lovely Briana. Couldn’t recommend the shop and her more. She was so helpful and enthusiastic with everything they had to offer. Really made a difference and ended up spending quite a bit because of it (on some fab products!). Thank you Briana!

On Nov 7, 2022, our younger daughter wanted to buy a pair of shoes here. My wife bought a pair too as it was great value for money. I observed the salesperson very customer-focused. A great place even for visitors from Hong Kong!
