It's good. Safe, clean. Staff are polite and friendly but it seems they are overworked even though trying their best. The breakfast is OK but the coffee quality needs improving, it is dire beans being used, tastes like instant coffee. They don't retain a full breakfast option to the last hour it winds down early so eat before 10:30am The front counter staff are welcoming and the bar staff are helpful, they need to have more on duty. Rooms are clean!

The massage therapist worked out all of the knots and tension in my back and shoulders, and I left feeling like a new person. The massage room was dimly lit, with soft lighting and a comfortable massage table. The ambiance was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the massage to the fullest. My husband and myself have just had 2 different massages. We have both come out feeling revitalised and completely energised. We both have had problems and both the masseuses identified them and worked on our problems. We just wish we lived more local. Def worth a 5 star rating. Huge thank you
