I took an item back to be refunded or exchanged because JD online sent me the wrong item, only to be told they couldn't do a refund or exchange because they were busy. Sure it was the 27th December but i went in at around 7pm and I was the only person in the queue and there were 3 members of staff on the checkouts! The 3 stars is purely because my Son found some good bargains on sale.

Thank you to the assistant manager and other managers today for helping me resolve my issues with my orders. Lovely staff !

I went in there this afternoon, 23/6/23 and immediately a young man said if I needed help to just ask, which I did. He knew exactly what I was looking for, requested my size. Within minutes they had arrived and another young man called Connor, was fantastic. He was friendly, helpful, chatty. Best service I've had in any shop in the UK. Thank you for your assistance Connor. I'll no doubt be back. Sheena - the South African!! .
