Simple application process. easy to use, trolleys available and secure storage units, with personal padlocks and cctv. staff are very friendly and always give a warm welcome when accessing the unit.

I cannot recommend store & secure highly enough. they maintain the best caring values of an established family firm while being thoroughly professional in everything they do. their prices are very competitive and they offer all the extras and amenities that might be required for self-storage. my own storage needs varied over a key transitional period, and at every turn the staff were attentive to the changes involved, finding different sizes of unit as appropriate. in sum, my experience of store & secure was excellent in every respect, from first contact to the final piece of furniture being taken from the last unit i hired before moving from the region.

Dealt with kieran gillingham (facility manager) the customer service was second to none. i made an enquiry and had a response within 10 mins! kieran talked to me about the whole process and made things very simple, he even went out of his way to show me the different sizes of storage containers so i would see for myself visually. this is the best storage facility in bournemouth (and beyond). i’ve used storage elsewhere in bournemouth in the past, and this facility truly beats them all. exceptional customer service, free tea and coffee, super clean, incredibly easy access, amazing security, all at an excellent price. you can use them for as long, or short as you like. the process was made super easy and smooth by the manager kieran, who couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. you won’t regret storing here.

I used this facility as i was selling my house, post divorce, and moving to a smaller apartment. i used it as i didn’t want my new home totally cluttered, and this allowed me to store the “non-essential “ items, and bring them to my new home at a realistic rate. the whole process was straightforward, and easy to complete. it was easy to access, and the staff there were extremely helpful. this allowed me to retain my sanity, and i would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone who required this.
