Very easy summer storage for students. Just tell them when you’re moving in & out and they’ll give you a competitive quote. Customer service was very friendly. Overall I’m very happy with my experience.

I’m giving my experience an average rating for an average experience. the storage itself was fine, clean and tidy. However, the way in which the staff treated myself and my family was really unsatisfactory! The customer service we received was appalling. Every interaction with the staff members at this location did not meet expectation. The staff made no effort to make us feel welcome and acted in a manner of disgust after every question we asked. Have been at this store as a regular business customer for several years. Always an excellent service. Re-contracted recently by Cecilia and it's nice to have a company look after it's existing customers. Highly recommended!

I run a business from the Safe Store over 2 years. The previous management was ok but now under Mimi management is excellent . They deserve 10 stars. Always I'm getting a notification of deliveries within minutes. They provide very professional service in kindly manners. Highly recommended

Very nice staff, they gave me plenty of information. It was very nice to talk to them on telephone before I moved my stuff in. They were also very nice and professional when I arrived personally.
