TUI Holiday Store

Always book with Chloe she is always super helpful and friendly she goes out of her way to make it personal and overall great experience. We do feel that the store is looking very run down and tired, some occasion we have missed when it’s been opened as it’s looks so dark from the outside in very different to Hays next door or the other TUI store we have been in before.

The lovely Chloe served us today and was absolutely brilliant. She was very thorough with all the information and managed to get us the best deal for all our requirements. Great customer service, keep up the good work.

Always book holidays with TUI online but more recently booked one over the phone with the Bournemouth store. Was served by Deanna who was very friendly professional and knowledgeable, she’s a real credit to that store and would definitely call up again or pop in to book future holidays just for that personal touch. We unfortunately had to cancel our holiday due to illness.We booked online but phoned the Winton store and they were brilliant.Victoria was lovely.She printed off our documents and sent them to us so that we could claim off the insurance company. She was efficient,helpful and friendly.Thank you for such great customer service.

Cannot thank Chloe enough! Great service! She gave me numerous packages to look through and choose from, and we were really pleased! She was so helpful! Me and my husband were planning a delayed honeymoon and very undecisive, Chloe helped us massively and we have booked a package for 2024. I will definitely use TUI Bournemouth again in the future!
