Natterjacks Vets, Bournemouth

I was recommended to natterjacks a few years ago and am so grateful i was. fantastic vets and friendly professional staff. my dog wesley actually looks forward to his monthly visits for the fuss made of him.

Couldn't be happier with the service, i was calling other vets in the area and i was immediately put off due to rude and dismissive service desk staff over the phone. when i called natterjacks i was immediately greeted on the phone with a helpful lady, initially she explained how they were not taking new clients however once i explained my situation with my animal they said they would fit me in that day which was very much appreciated. they took the time to explain things properly and genuinely seemed as if they cared about the wellbeing of my animal which i can't always say the same for other vets. the prices were fair and they even called me the day after asking how my animal was recovering which makes all the difference. my animal is now fully recovered. couldn't recommend enough :)

Really good vet practise. they always have time to get to know your pet and take care to ensure that the animal is as calm and relaxed as possible before treatment. clearly everyone at the practise is an animal lover and my dog enjoys saying hello to everyone . great to have this facility on our doorstep.

We were in a pinch for a vet for help with our poorly cat. natterjacks staff stepped up and totally helped us out. quick, friendly, informative and fairly priced. i would recommend them for sure.
