Although they looked after my pet well. The reception girl with the bob was so rude and offish. Felt like I wasting her time or bothering her. One word answers, never smiled. Clearly hates her job. For customers coming in the surgery with poorly pets should be made to feel welcomed and assured. This girl couldn't give two hoots

The team were great, our miniature dachsund ate a sock and managed to bring it back up following an injection within 10 minutes of arriving at the clinic. Thanks for being lovely and reassuring!

We have been with vets for pets for 7 years. We’ve definitely had very mixed experiences over years depending on who we see. I took our dog for his yearly review, he had also be pretty unwell for a few days so I was getting worried. We got to see Tom who was awesome as always. His knowledge and compassion is first class. Left feeling reassured and with a plan. Thank you Tom!
