Yoga One Bournemouth

So impressed to have such a fabulous facility here in Bournemouth with such expert tuition. Both myself and my husband- who is a novice at yoga, have both improved in a few short weeks and really look forward to practice. Highly recommend.

Being completely novice to yoga and I’m not flexible at all, but I have fallen in love with the yoga. The studio is lovely and relaxing atmosphere, good place to be after long day/ or to start a day with yoga. All the instructors are really experienced and they make classes real fun but at the same time professional. It’s a real gem here in Bmth and would totally recommend this place. 5⭐️

It is a gem of a studio. It is small, inclusive and the instructors teach variety of styles, personally I am a big fan of Jesse's - no other two classes are the same, yoga sequence master! Lucy's - this woman's hip opener sessions are something else and Roxanne's whose classes leave me feeling great in both my body and spirt. Great atmosphere and lovely instructors!
