Descent gym in Great hollands, staff are friendly and welcoming. Some member did not quite allow me to try the gymnastics rings. Otherwise good place to train Calisthenics, Gymnastics and CrossFit. They have an outdoor pull-up bar and 2 climbing ropes.

Andy, Kayla and the team are all extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to the crossfit workouts. Lots of great kit to use, along with open gym being available too. Defo recommended to all to come down. See you again soon gang....
