Pandora Bracknell

Went in to buy some earring for a present today and the girl who served me couldn’t have been more lovely! Chatty, welcoming, helpful, courteous, just really great customer service experience. I didn’t catch her name unfortunately but she was a complete asset to the store.

My long lost sister and I visited the store in August. I was staying with her for a week, having only made contact with her the previous year. The staff were so enchanted by our story, they were so sweet, and the manageress surprised us with a free sister charm each. This really made our day.

I visited the Bracknell store at the weekend to buy my goddaughter a ring. The lovely Sienna couldn't have been more helpful. It's lovely to be greeted & looked after by someone so genuine & happy & who clearly enjoys her job. Spot on customer service, thank you.
