Went in to buy some earring for a present today and the girl who served me couldn’t have been more lovely! chatty, welcoming, helpful, courteous, just really great customer service experience. i didn’t catch her name unfortunately but she was a complete asset to the store.
My long lost sister and i visited the store in august. i was staying with her for a week, having only made contact with her the previous year. the staff were so enchanted by our story, they were so sweet, and the manageress surprised us with a free sister charm each. this really made our day.
I visited the bracknell store at the weekend to buy my goddaughter a ring. the lovely sienna couldn't have been more helpful. it's lovely to be greeted & looked after by someone so genuine & happy & who clearly enjoys her job. spot on customer service, thank you.
