I highly recommend the zip lock beds we have brought.. we have had them for the past 8 years, i suffer from arthritis of the l section of my back. using this system has helped me avoid numerous surgeries on my back. previous to buying this system i was in hospital every 2 years.. i can't recommend this system enough
