I highly recommend the zip lock beds we have brought.. we have had them for the past 8 years, I suffer from arthritis of the L section of my back. Using this system has helped me avoid numerous surgeries on my back. Previous to buying this system I was in hospital every 2 years.. I can't recommend this system enough
