From the initial site visit to the installation of the domestic air conditioning in four rooms this company were friendly, efficient and had great customer care. the installation was carried out by dean and jason in a friendly, professional manner with the minimal disruption possible. they also took great care to clean up after themselves. very happy and and looking forward to a cool summer!

I received great advice from the outset and am delighted that we chose to go with pinder cooling. andrew was extremely helpful in discussing the potential solutions, as well considering the optimal location for the external unit in order to minimise disruption during installation and ensure the visual and noise impact was minimised. installation was prompt and took two days. the fitters worked very hard and were personable, considerate and clean. we have a young baby and they went out of their way to do all they could to reduce noise and impact during the works. we had a small snagging issue to rectify after the install; they arrived the next day to sort it. can't fault the service.
