Royal Onsen - Luxury Day Spa & Clinic

This place exceeded my expectations, in the first instance our spa session had to be rearranged due to unforeseen circumstances, the spa offered us complimentary full body massages due to this. we thoroughly enjoyed our massages this time, and the following time we had our whole package spa which also included massages. the staff were very professional, with one of us being heavily pregnant they were able to cater to our needs. special mention to shazia and aneesa for our massages which were amazing. very clean, professional and relaxing! will return for sure x

I recently came for a spa day with myself and all my family and the experience was simply amazing. there was 12 of us altogether and from start to finish every aspect of the experience exceeded our expectations! all staff were extremely accommodating and helpful, the atmosphere was pure serenity with calming music and soft ambiance that put us all at ease! it was my first time trying the moroccan hammam and it was 10/10 i left feeling refreshed and renewed ✨ for the quality of my experience the price was more than reasonable offering excellent value for the pampering received thank you again and i can’t wait to return for another visit! 💗✨💆🏽‍♀️

Absolutely stunning spa facilities in the heart of bradford. exactly what bradford needed; the owners have incredible taste, and there has been meticulous attention to detail in setting up this spa. from the moment we walked in, we felt as though we had been transported to far-east asia. we used all the facilities including the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna, as well as the lounge area with it's ample supply of tea and coffee. the ladies who undertook our moroccan hammam seemed highly experienced and did an excellent job in exfoliating our skin and making us glow. nothing is too much for the staff, and best of all is done with a smile on their faces. keep up the excellent work guys! i have already booked my next two visits 😍👌

I came with my elderly mother in law and we were very pleased with our booking. upon our arrival, we were greeted by a receptionist. she showed us around the facilities and made us feel quite welcome. we used the facilities, followed by a moroccan scrub, mud mask and massage. the staff were all very accommodating throughout our time at the spa. shazia particularly stood out to us. we will definitely be returning as we loved our time at the spa. the place is beautifully decorated and clean.

Me and my mrs just visited the spa facility at the royal onsen, the whole experience from start to finish was incredible. friendly welcoming staff, extremely relaxing and overall refreshing to see something like this open up in the heart of bradford. good transport links and parking facilities across from the spa.
