I was blown away by the customer care I received in the Bradford store. Khaleda was extremely welcoming and genuine person. Every store needs someone like Khaleda!

Absolutely incredible. One of the ladies there (was wearing a black and grey floaty vest thing, name has slipped out of my head) helped me from start to finish especially when shopping in a size I'm unfamiliar with. Cannot fault the service, big range of sizes and styles and fab price. Thank you!

The girls in the Bradford Kirkgate store are absolutely wonderful! Always smiling and so helpful. Although this store is fairly small, it always has plenty of choice and various sizes in. I have had a positive shopping experience each time I have been here.

This store is not at this address at all the address for it is as follows: 9, Darley Mall, Kirkgate Shopping Centre Bradford BD1 1QP also this states that it is a ladies shop. Only. I can categorically say that they do sell men’s clothing as well. Now onto my review in full. I came to the store on the 1st of August 2023, and I must say, I was very very happy with the service I received. I came in to look for some trousers and a couple of tops. Normally I have big problems getting clothing in my size because I am a size 29 leg and a size 40 waist. I needn’t have worried at all this store had my size in, and in fact, I could actually fit into smaller clothing from the store. I left with lots of very good clothing. What really impressed me a lot was a fantastic customer service from the sales staff the sale staff in question, was ID number a004. They were so helpful and supportive and once they knew I was blind they went above and beyond the daily duties assigned to them in the job role. They even tried ordering some items for me that were not available in store, but sadly when we got to the till they had already sold out. But I must say I would definitely go here again and I urge everybody to research the app on Google store and also Apple App Store, they have lots and lots more clothing than they have in the store. All the changing rooms are really well equipped with lots of hooks for you to put clothing on a chair in each changing room and lots of space so you don’t feel hemmed in. This was by far my finest shopping experience I have had for many many years. Well done all the members of staff you are phenomenal. I hope that the chief executive awards agent a004 with a chief executive award for services to customers because she was amazing. Please give this store your custom, and I am sure you will not be disappointed.

Excellent service a few days ago when I was looking for some trousers! Monisha approached me at the start as she saw me struggling to find them and showed me the options available. She was very friendly, big smile on her face and went out of her way to recommend the clothes. She had a genuine interest to help me, thank you! The girl needs praise and a raise!
