Three times i've been here and all three times i've been met by the same thoughtful, helpful and skilled shop owner. at a very fair bargain you can be sure you'd have your device fixed and ready on time

Had a problem with my charging port as my laptop just wouldn't charge and took it to get fixed and the guy did a brilliant job for a very good price, and me being a university student meant that i needed it fixed as soon as possible and he understood that very well and i had it back with in 3 days. highly recommend and will be going here in the future if i have any other problems with any of my devices. thank you!

Really good, fast service. my laptop wouldn’t start up properly and casper computer repair quickly identified an issue with the hard drive and fixed it within a few hours. i’d expected to have to wait a few days but the speed of the service was exceptional and my laptop is now back up and running as normal. would recommend this company for sure.

Got a battery replacment had one from another repair shop and it wasn’t a decent battery would only last 3 hours on a full charge, where as the one provided last over a full day being used all the time. it was £10 more expensive however i would have paid £50 more as the quality is 10x better. there isn’t much casper can’t fix. thank you 🫡💯

I came here with my friend whose laptop battery was swollen and virtually useless. today was my second time visiting this shop, and i was happy to see the same consistency of expertise, courteous, and prompt service. we got good recommendations on our choice of laptop battery and, to my delight, we also got a very good deal on the cost and installation of the battery. i'd come here first for any computer repair or parts. thanks again.
