Extremely good service from start to finish. communication was spot on, always keeping me informed throughout the process and any questions i had were answered with an explanation. very knowledgeable and knew what to do and how to resolve the issue i had on my laptop. first time i went with pckey callout and have another laptop that i will be taking there in a few days. excellent service throughout - strongly recommended.
A month ago - had lost all my data on my laptop and after taking it to several shops who quoted me an arm and a leg, i took it to this shop and spoke to shakeel. he quoted less than half compared to others and fixed my laptop within a day, recovered everything that i had lost that was most important to me. a week ago - my daughter wanted a custom built pc and we visited shakeel again, amazing service delivered, honest recommendations were given that cost us less. very pleased with his service, honesty, integrity and professionalism. i do not often write reviews and did not on my first visit, but just felt that i had too. twice attended, twice given a 5 star service.
