Really self focused company ordered 780kg of tiles and was told the company would bring them to the hallway just inside the house. But a different story when he got here reluctant to bring the load in and even told the company I have a bad back still doesn’t care. I will never use this company again. Also there procedures are fraudulent as-well never sign the documents or their little portable devises before they’ve dropped off because they’ll take the load back if you refuse delivery for not doing their job properly and charge for it as-well. When I said I’ll refuse it to the operator they asked the driver if I’ve signed the documents and said yes. Only money oriented they are. I now have to pay someone to bring the load in because I have a bad back absolutely disgusting. Pay twice when I’ve already paid them todo a certain service.

Excellent company. Excellent Customer service. Very Professional. Pick up same day and delivery next day with text alerts. Never had a complaint in all my using them. Emma is a real star
