Legal aid is not an easily accessible pot of money which solicitors can dip into whenever they feel like, there is scrutiny and accountability along with substantial evidence required of work completed with clients’ which solicitors are duty bound to produce and this as explained in detail. Kingsmen provided numerous hours of free advice and support in the initial stages and took the time to make referral to various third-party agencies and talked to us about any reasonable adjustments we require. They helped to manage our expectations early on Kingsmen Solicitors told us they cannot put a plaster on a third degree burn and the probable outcomes of the case and what factors may change this. They are a relatively new firm, with a small, dedicated team, nevertheless they have made significant strides in developing links with medical experts, lawyers, renowned barristers, representing various high profile cases and are highly regarded for integrity and professionalism both in West Yorkshire and Nationally.
