I recently had my braces done at Eccleshill Dental Care, and I must say that it has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. Initially, I had enquired at a few different places, but I was not satisfied with the service I received from the reception staff. This was my first time I decided to get braces done so I was really unsure who would provide the best service. However, when I called Eccleshill Dental Care, I spoke to a wonderful lady named Laura who completely turned my impression around. She was incredibly professional and welcoming, and her excellent customer service was the main reason why I decided to book an appointment. She spoke about her experience of getting braces done and told me to come down for a consultation meeting. During my visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Karan Rishi, who was responsible for arranging my braces. Dr. Rishi proved to be not only a highly skilled dentist but also an honest and professional one. He took the time to explain the treatment plan and put my mind at ease throughout the process. I couldn't have asked for a better dentist to guide me through this journey. Eccleshill Dental Care boasts a great setup, and their staff members are all great, providing excellent service. I am grateful for the outstanding care and support I received during my time there, and I will definitely continue using this dental practice going forward. Lovely practice, welcoming reception staff. Had a check up with Claire the dentist today and she was professional, friendly and explained what was going on the whole time. The nurse Karen was great at making sure none of the water from the clean I had went down my throat either! Thank you!

Just had a check up with Adam who is a new dentist to me.I have been a patient for years.Adam is friendly makes you feel at ease and is honest. First scale and polish I have had where it's not hurt or felt over sensitive. Highly recommended dentist practise.

I experienced absolutely no pain throughout the entire visit, which was a welcome relief.
