Been coming to this dentist since 1999. i hadn't been to a dentist in a few yrs after i had a really bad experience. i explained to the dentist what had happened and he sat and talked to me laughing and joking i didn't realise he had finished. really? i still get that sweaty hands and tummy turn but i know i'm in safe hands and i wouldn't go to another .

Very friendly practice. staff are welcoming. i am a very nervous person but tim makes you feel at ease and takes his time to give you the information you need and he gives very good advice to adults and kids about the importance of oral hygiene.

Tim & co are so nice but tim makes you feel so comfortable and he doesn't talk you into treatment you don't need as we've been with other dentists. we feel so lucky to have a dentist like tim. the guy is so special.

I attended the dentist on numerous occasion and would like to say though the dentist is something that i have a fear of like many . this doesn’t help when you are disable i struggle to walk and speak . but i found the receptionist is just so understanding and patient . she greets you with a beautiful smile that’s calming . she is in no rush has always given me time and made me relaxed. i believe that’s important having the right person to greet you as you enter . the dentist himself bless him he’s so lovely he speaks to me and not at me . he helps me to sit down and get up . he’s never rushed me even though i’m not a private patient . i feel as if i am , i say this as you can imagine due to my disability i meet others in the nhs . some can make you feel awful . what is nice that they are all professional and treat you like a human have a lot of empathy between them . all i would like to say to the team is a big thanks 😊
