I'd thought for a while about making a funeral plan but never got round to it. I was welcomed into the branch and I immediately felt at ease with katie, I expressed my wishes and Katie talked me through how they could be carried out. Katie is very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for her. I now feel so relived that my family won’t be left to worry about it.

I just wanted to say a heartfelt thanks for looking after my mama and providing such an excellent and professional service. I couldn't have wished for a better day with all the emotions we dealt with as a family on the day. James kept everything running smoothly and Kathryn at the Idle office was very understanding and helpful. I have returned to Canada now so I just wanted to say thanks. You offer an excellent service to help families through a difficult time.

It was great to deliver another funeral service in the private chapel at Walsh's recently. This space is lovely and intimate (although it seats up to 60) and the Walsh's team are always at the top of their game.
