Kathryn from the first day of contact was a saviour to our family. Her calm and friendly voice took the stress out of arranging the funeral of our family member. She always kept us informed together with making sure that we were okay. On the actual day of the funeral Craig took over from Katheryn and the care for everyone concerned just carried on. We can not say enough about D Walsh & Son except to say "thank you".

Walsh has just looked after me organising my 1st funeral for my grandma. I went to the Idle Road branch. Kathryn is lovely and so informative and helpful. she has helped me every step of the way. I really liked the fact that she got to know me and helped me handle the arrangements doing everything my way and sometimes with laughs and humour. (my humour) Katie was so helpful on the day of the funeral. I hadn't even been to a funeral for 10 years so organising one was daunting for me but Walsh made it a lot easier going above and beyond helping me with all the information I needed. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and making a difficult time easier for me.
