I got a ring resized here after being told that it would take 3weeks from a well know retailer and paul james jewellers did it in less than 24hrs and the ring is perfect! quick service and reliable, would highly recommend.

Wish i found paul ages ago, went to a high street jeweller, and was quoted very high prices for rings re-sizing. took three rings to be resized, and what a lovely job he did. a fast, reliable, efficient service. would highly recommend, really happy with outcome. will be using paul from now on, many thanks 😀

Fantastic service.. excellent and fast.... swapped over a watch strap for me... absolutely well happy... highly recommended and more than reasonable prices... i visited paul again to have two more watch straps changed as always friendly and totally professional customer service, he did the job there and then... absolutely fantastic. highly recommended....
