Artificial Grass GB

So pleased with our grass installation! transformed our garden and the gentlemen that came were very friendly and hard working!! the companies communication is a* and even though we had one slight issue they came and sorted it immediately and efficiently! my children have been able to enjoy our garden all summer (regardless of the weather!) thank you! i have already recommended to you many of my friends!

**edit/update - artificial grass gb have since agreed to send me a full new lawn cut from the same roll to ensure the colour matches. great communication throughout my complaint and eventually resolved to my expectations. cheers to sam at artificial lawn gb *** i purchased the english garden and delivery and communication was great. i had to order 2 different pieces as the garden is 6m wide. the 2 pieces came and were clearly a different shade (i made sure the grain was same direction). i sent 2 emails before getting a phone call. i was told that this can happen sometimes and they would refund me however i ask them if i was meant to be left with a mix matched lawn? they agreed to send me another piece but was warned this could also be another colour. quick delivery of additional piece and still a different colour! i do not understand how this can happen as i cannot be the only one who requires a join?? very disappointed to have spent so much money, which i have saved up to do for so long and to end up with a patch work lawn 😔

I rarely leave reviews unless they will really benefit people. this company measured and quoted on our lawn. the difference here is the preparation work was superb they spent hours laying hardcore levelling etc. they then spent an lot of time making sure the lawn was laid perfectly to the point they filled every gap around our 180 degree pond fence. we are now 10 months in and it's the best money we spent this year!! only thing you will need is a good garden vacuum to keep it clean. our 3 & 5yr olds love it! the cheapest is never the best! pay that bit extra get it done right! ps no weeds at all 10 months in ❤️
