I Andrew at about 5pm today, and he came to us at the exact time he said he would and had changed our lock within minutes. We live at least an hour from him, but he still came out, at night, without hesitation. We definitely recommend using Andrew, and what a delightful man he is too!

Really pleased with the super fast and highly responsive service offered by Andrew today (Sunday). My father had lost the only key to the back door which was unlocked, we needed a replacement lock pronto. The job was done in 30 minutes for a fair price which was in line with the verbal quote. Amazing response to my query regarding my 20yr old conservatory door. Andrew helped me look for a replacement part but I had no luck. Anyway after sending a few photos of the part he said it was something he could do straight away. One quick visit later my door has a new look. 5 Stars for Andrew.
