We were served by sam who gave us exceptional service and explained everything that we had ordered and went over everything and made sure that the order was correct. you couldn't have wished for a more polite, positive and friendly service, he made us feel important.
Lady was very helpful & informative & gave us time to test the beds and privacy for us to discuss what was right for us. we tried different types of beds to show the difference, but decided on the tempur cool mattress & pillows. would recommend a visit if looking for a good comfortable supportive mattress
So i get overwhelmed quickly with shopping and have to either listen to music in my headphones or leave. this is one of the few shops i have felt like this and felt very calm and comfortable. sam was an amazing help with everything and would like to thank him for his patience and understanding. , he also offered us refreshments whilst we were looking at the different mattresses.
Becky and sam were outstanding. they was really formal and customer friendly. offered drinks while we were there. made sure we was comfortable with our purchase and ensured we checked the purchase for any damage ect. informed us of every step they was doing. brilliant thank you
