I never usually write reviews for fast food places but the staff here were exceptional, they really made it a great experience. the restaurant was really clean and the portions were a great size, all food was cooked and presented perfectly. they were really busy and seemed understaffed but they kept us updated and we couldn’t fault their customer service.
Food is always nice, and staff are helpful. however service is always really slow here, don’t know if it’s down to short staffing? the dining area is often messy and the drinks machine not working fully. generally a bit depressing to eat in. always come back though as food is great.
Food is always good dining in, take away and delivery is always good. service is a little slow but when the food is always good it's worth the wait. the location let's it down a bit as the drive through is really narrow on the corners. dining in is a bit glum and quiet. staff are really good.
