Excellent service. At first we nervous about using a mortgage broker, but Dennis was exceptional. Desite our chosen lender dragging their heals, Dennis continually worked to keep the process moving and updated us every few days with out prompt. Would definitely recommend.

I wish l could give Link Mortgages more than 5 stars. We honestly didn't think we would get a mortgage at our age but Dennis chased and used his network of suppliers to not only provide us with a highly affordable mortgage but also assisted us with quality insurance coverage. His fees are very competitive and the service is personalised and tailored to the individual. We are now off the rental roundabout and heading into our dream home. Can't thank this man enough.

Dennis Robinson of Link Mortgages is an absolute godsend. He came up trumps where every loud mouthed, know it all failed. He got me a mortgage! Some years ago I had cancer and of course my credit was affected because I couldn't work. 2 credit card companies offered to put my payments on hold until I was well enough to go back to work. What I didn't realise was by accepting their offer, I would suffer for years afterwards. Dennis was so helpful and supportive, going the extra mile and often contacting stakeholders such as my solicitor and agents involved in the whole process, to ensure that everything went as smoothly as possible. Dennis remained professional at all times even when we thought that the purchase of my house was not going to go through on time and the mortgage offer was just about to run out. He was diligent from the start and offered no verbal waffling, just common sense and straight forward talking. I trusted him implicitly and he did not disappoint. Right at the beginning I knew that Dennis and Link Mortgages walked the walk and didn’t just talk the talk. I had my mortgage offer in less than 2 weeks of me first approaching him. Dennis of link mortgage is a absolute legend. After being messed about by 2 other mortgage advisors previously I came a cross this company as we were in a hurry to get our mortgage sorted and this company came through with no fuss and messing about.
