Appointment that suited my schedule was booked quickly and easily. On the day of my appointment I was attended to promptly and in a friendly manor. Throughout the eye test the procedures were explained clearly as we're the findings afterwards. A very positive experience.

Easy to book an appointment on line booked it Monday for Wednesday in my local. Good staff the test was simple they explained the difference between the frames. 1st Class all round.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Premier Vision on Mayo Avenue (inside of Morrisons), and I must say that it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The ladies working there are warm and friendly and greet you as soon as you arrive. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and well organised, which immediately put me at ease. The optometrist was highly knowledgeable, and she took the time to thoroughly answer any questions I had. The lady working on reception provided valuable input and helped me choose a pair of glasses that were within my budget and that suited my appearance.

Excellent service. The opticians listened to my concerns and did a very thorough eye health check, as well as a standard sight test. My test results were explained very comprehensively and nothing seemed too much trouble. I would strongly recommend this optician based on my recent experience.

Excellent no rush service at the Bradford Mayo store. Very welcoming and friendly. Had an eye pressure test, an eye health test and then a thorough eye test. Bought a very nice pair of glasses from the huge range on offer at a very good price. Was given a print of my eye prescription and they even adjusted an existing pair of glasses I was waring without my asking Brilliant place!
