Daniel was an absolute superstar from the get-go! identified my issue (pinched/trapped nerve in hamstring) straight away. daniel gave me solid information, the best exercises to do at home and a honest realistic timescale in which to reach recovery. 3 sessions later and i'm feeling 100% better. if you are reading this review and are on the fence, don't be. choose ljp and you'll be the one writing a positive review like me when your on the mend :-) thanks for all the help dan. uk

I had been suffering from shoulder pain for quite a few months before i met with daniel and emily at light joints. i had tried all the usual remedies with no affect, daniel got straight to the route of my problem, explained what the issue was, how it had happened and how to repair it, after 4 sessions my pain has gone and left me wishing i had gone sooner. highly recommend. richard

Dan was really great from start to finish. he took the time to understand what was wrong (weak hamstring) and what i wanted to achieve. each session involved building upon the last, with exercises tailored towards my needs. after 2/3 months of working with dan both hamstrings are now much stronger, capable of running longer distances and most importantly have zero pain. 100% recommend
