Amazing service, and all staff that I interacted with were lovely. Can’t fault the results either! I went for the SWIFT treatment, was informed beforehand of any risks and things involved and from there it went smoothly to the end. 4 treatments in total and no issues.

All the staff at the clinic are exceptional. The friendly service and genuine care they all show is truly amazing. Extremely happy with the results of my procedure. The aftercare was also fabulous, they care so much. I will certainly be back for any future treatments, I cannot recommend enough. Thank you to all of you, your all wonderful 😊

It’s been a very plain sailing experience straight from the booking process to the consultation and minor operation. The receptionist Emily has amazing customer service skills and makes you feel at ease each time you visit. I can’t speak highly of Dr Al-Ghazal, he’s very good at what he does and you just need to trust him. I would highly recommend this place.

From my very first phone to booking upper blepharoplasty (upper eyelid surgery) my experience has been excellent. The receptionists are so helpful and knowledgeable. Staff are friendly and answer all your questions. Pre op was efficient and all my questions were answered. Dr Sharif KAl-Ghazal and his assistant. The day of surgery I was a little nervous and was put at ease, they both kept me talking throughout the procedure, which was pain free. I was told what to expect, I had minimal bruising afterwards and a little swelling. I was uncomfortable for a couple of days but this was kept at bay by paracetamol. The after care was excellent with follow up phone calls, and I was advised to contact the clinic if I had any issues. I had my stitches taken out by Dr Uzma Qureshi who gave me plenty of aftercare advice, and some antibiotic cream, this was also pain free. My whole experience of this clinic from start to finish was first class and I would highly recommend them. I am thrilled with my results and I cannot wait until I can wear make up again and eyeshadow to show off my new eyelids! I have sent a few people photos and have received such praise for the work. One friend said it has taken 10 years off me! Super happy, I do hope if you are on the fence then this review makes you go for it! I have no regrets. My son has an SEN and was being teased at school, and MySkyn was the only clinic that would treat him. All the ladies were lovely and very welcoming, they managed to get us an appointment very quickly because my son was starting school after the summer holidays and was becoming anxious. Dr Qureshi did a fantastic job keeping my son calm during the procedure and getting the job done! She has the patience of a saint! My son is so much more confident, and I couldn't recommend the clinic any more! Thank you!
