Browntree Properties Ltd - Luxury Student Living

I have lived in Legram properties for one year, Everything was amazingly well-organized, it was safe and very close to university and Al-Halal. The managers and staff were caring, flexible, and responsible. Whenever you feel hungry just go downstairs there is an amazing restaurant, no need to go out of the building. What I like the most were the security and responsible and liable staff. The building has a very fancy and nice environment with many varieties of room options. I highly recommend it.

Me and my partner have been living here for almost 2 years and have really enjoyed our stay. It's a great place with everything you need, well maintained, the staff and landlord are very responsive and helpful. It has parking on site if you have a car. I'd recommend anyone to stay here especially mature students and young professionals.

Would 100% recommend anyone to stay here. Clean, spacious and beautiful apartments with no faults. The building in its self is so beautiful, feels like you’re on holiday. Everything is made clear when you sign your tenancy agreement with no hidden costs. The landlord is very professional, responsive and is always happy to help with anything. Aman is also very helpful with any maintenance required. University of Bradford is not even a 5 minute walk and city centre is about 10. Don’t have a single complaint about Browntree properties or any of the staff. Fantastic place to stay! :)

Lived here for 10 months while I was doing my internship and it was great. Landlord and the others that work here are really nice. Nabil responded very quickly whenever I had questions about my room/the building or had maintenance issues and was very understanding and patient. Aman the maintenance guy was also really nice and friendly. The building was always clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend to any students or young professionals

Good location, large spacious room and very good quality place and for the price it’s unbeatable. Highly recommend especially for students especially as it’s a 5 minute walk from uni with a corner shop and restaurants right across the road. Best option in Bradford by far. It was always quiet which was a big bonus when comparing it to other accommodation I’ve stayed at in Bradford.
