We just sold and bought a house using this company. in short, we got where we wanted to be - our house was sold, we bought our onward purchase and moved, all on the same day, so, they did their job, they crossed the ts and dotted the is. the longer version is that we felt they were very uncommunicative in the last month leading up to the completion date and didn't answer queries (by email or call back to phone enquiries) about the process or the completion date for example. this was really stressful at a stressful time. their fees were competitive and they got the job done, but i'd probably choose another firm if i were to do it again (which hopefully, may be never!).

Excellent professional service, completed on time and staff were very informative. would definitely recommend and would use them again.
