I've worked through Encon as a Dumper Driver around the Yorkshire area for several months. They have always been honest in the work they have rather than telling you they have 2 years work and it only lasts a week! Definitely recommend!! - Harry always looks after you and offers a higher rate than most agencies. Harry is very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. Keep up good work!

From previous review, encon released my funds to the payroll. It was payroll that wouldn't pay me without I dotted and ts crossed. Will leave another review once recruited again to tell you all that experience Overall encon did well and all they could it was out of there hands

It's been a great experience working for Encon. They are well-organised. As a new employee, I had the challange of getting the correct safety boot and they responded and delivered it to my house.

Brilliant assignments and great communication. I have had issues with the payment company they use Omnia which was delaying a payment and taking extra deductions but Azir at Encon was fantastic he listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to rectify them. I know no one is perfect and we all make mistakes from time to time so knowing how fast and professionally Azir dealt with it I would definitely recommend Encon and I would definitely work for them again!
