Waste Wize Skip Hire

Waste wize went out of their way to make sure that a skip outside my house was collected before my removal lorry arrived. lovely helpful staff.

I want anybody looking at this to believe that i am a genuine customer. this maybe a bit of a long review but def worth a read…i’m not normally one for writing these! last week my dad passed away, i was left with a garage and house that needed clearing. i had no idea how to tackle it but decided that i’d definitely need a skip. i did the usual google search and came up with about 5 local companies. i rang them all including waste wize skip hire. jo answered the phone, she was clearly on with a job but took time to speak to me. she was really honest and said they were a family business (jo and her son), maybe not the cheapest but were reliable. she gave great advice as as to what size was required, she was not pushy at all. she sounded really genuine, they were actually no more expensive than anybody else so decided to go with them. the skip was delivered within a few days as promised. sean (not sure right spelling) gave me a call twenty minutes before delivered which was really appreciated. jo agreed to pick the skip when i needed…no pressure at all, collection whenever was fine. after two days i rang up to collect asap and needed another skip the following day. jo said she was fully booked but would do their best but confirmed delivered in a couple of days, that was not great for me but was reasonably. at 8.00 the following morning sean rang to say he was on his way to to take the full skip and deliver a fresh one. i cannot say how important it was to me and my brother who were running out of time to clear. during the clearance we’ve generated loads of metal. i rang sean for advice, he said he would sort. we filled the new skip in one day, collected a mountain of metal that sean agreed to collect both and take away the same day. he rang me at 7.30 in the evening to confirm it had all been collect…top man. jo / sean…you have have been absolutely brilliant…you will not appreciate how important your service has been been to me in this really difficult time…i will be eternally grateful. anybody reading this…brilliant service, i would 100% recommend…they’ve been brilliant.

I googled skip hire in bradford and was going to go with a national company that came up first on the list of results. i was on the phone to them almost about to book a skip when they put me on hold to check something and thank god they did! whilst i was on hold, i got the feeling i was being charged to much and looked at the google results again and saw waste wize which was local and had 5 stars. so i put the phone down and rang them and i'm so glad i did, because they quoted me a price £100 cheaper, unbelievable, i know! not only did they give me a quote, but they delivered and picked up the skip just as they said they would. there was no 'sucking of teeth' but just a friendly and professional manner. payment was easy, bank transfer or cash, and i got a receipt too. everyone from the person who took my call to the driver who delivered the skip were friendly and helpful. hiring a skip is a stressful business, but waste wize took the stress out of it, saved me from being over charged by another national company, and all aspects of their service was good. trust me, i'm a genuine customer who waste wize probably don't even remember. if you need a skip, use these guys, i'll be recommending them to anyone who asks me about skip hire. thanks waste wize!

Excellent delivery by a very helpful chap on 27th april. expected collection date 4th may. the skip has not been collected and i am struggling to contact the company via phone/message to arrange collection for the last two months. the skip is causing an obstruction and making livestock access to the field difficult. please can this be resolved as soon as possible.
