White Cross Vets

We had our cat spayed here. I took our little kitty to the follow-up and the final check-up appointment. On both visits, the staff were very polite and welcoming. I asked a few questions as I had some concerns and the staff were brilliant, all my questions were answered and anything that I didn't understand was explained in detail. Unfortunately, I wasn't there for the initial appointment and handover of our kitty, I was assured that everything went well and the staff were polite.

Exceptional vets, always striving to make the visit as comfortable as possible for the owner and the pet. I used to bring my reactive dog here, he was extremely anxious and would become aggressive around people. Most vets would either force dogs in these situations, by muzzling them and holding down or just turn you away. Whitecross didn't do this, they supported me and my dog, by allowing us to visit in quiet periods to relieve the anxiety and make the visits more comfortable.

Called at 8.30am on Saturday (Easter weekend) and had an appointment for 9.30am that day. We are registered at Vets4Pets but could not wait for an appointment. The receptionist was lovely, helpful and polite. The vet himself was amazing, friendly, patient and took brilliant care of my dog. After previously dreading vet visits you had both myself and my partner feeling relieved with the level of care received. Thanks again!
