I have only been going to marks mataip yoga class for a month mark is a brilliant instructor who makes the sessions feel friendly & fun whilst encouraging & helpful recognising individual abilities & needs i feel awesome after my class & highly recommend, maitaip & mark
Im a keen distance runner and i work as a dental health professional so i am on my feet all day and often stooping over and holding myself in poor positions; which results in lower back issues so i started these classes to try reduce pain, injury and develop some core strength and improve flexibility. i have been so pleased with the results so far and am really motivated to keep going because of the benefits i've had!the regular episodes of back pain i previously experienced has stopped and i do feel that my posture is much improved. im also starting to see some tone to my upper legs; something i've not had previously-even though i run!!the stretching and relaxation really complements my busy lifestyle too!mark is really professional but so lovely and approachable, id definitely recommend his classes and in particular to those starting out on their yoga/pilates journey :).
Weekly classes are varied and stimulating. mark rings the changes and creates a relaxed atmosphere and provides a whole person workout with differing levels so all can feel a sense of achievement.the pilates/yoga retreat/holiday in portugal is totally awesome.well, it has been for the last three years that i've been there!
I've been going to marks pilates & matip yoga classes for the last 2 years. i look forward to going each week. the routines are varied and have helped me with by back and hip issues. marks sense of humour add to the classes and leave me feeling uplifted in both body and spirit. i can defiantly recommend going to marks classes- you won't regret it!
Been going to marks classes for the last 10 years and will go for the next 10 that's how good he is. his yoga / pilates classes vary from time to time. he is always encouraging and positive and help and support you if you are struggling with any of the movements. he address the sessions to your level, it could be easy, medium or hard. his motto is health, strength and prosperity. always feel better physical and mental after one one of his classes then before. i highly recommend one of his classes.
