Wow what an amazing feeling

I have been a part of Susie's (and now Roisin's) tribe for some time now and I absolutely LOVE every practice, as well as connecting with like-minded souls and making new friends for life, I have come a long way on my yoga journey so far thanks to Susie, Roisin, Cal and Josie now too. I would highly recommend Naturally Twisted to all, all ages and abilities. I'll never look back. The workshops and retreats Susie runs are also highly recommended! Namaste

I started attending Naturally Twisted Yoga in January 2019 after trying different yoga classes elsewhere and feeling a bit disillusioned with doing the same thing every week. Susie’s classes are a breath of fresh air; she is honest, encouraging and the size of the classes mean that Susie is able to spend time with everyone in the class individually to help adjust their pose to make sure you’re getting the best out of the practice. Susie is the Queen of Ashtanga - if you’ve never tried, I fully recommend it - and is an expert in many other yoga styles. Every week is a different practice/routine which keeps it interesting and makes you excited to come back for more!

I've been attending Susie's class each week for the last 7 years, so it's set in my diary now! Every session is different - Susie is such a dedicated & experienced Teacher ( with several Yoga qualifications) so has lots of experience to draw upon. I really love the smaller groups; it's a lovely atmosphere and everyone gets the attention needed, so you progress you're practice really quickly no matter what level you're at. The Studio is a lovely haven - very welcoming, all equipment is available to use and no problems with parking. I'd recommended this yoga studio to anyone, you'd really be hard pressed to find a better class in the area.
