All my orders were okay, and excellent except for the scotch bonnet and chicken. Kindly stop delivering spoilt scotch bonnet to customers. My scotch bonnet has spoilt ones with black patches inside it, no way that happened Enroute and some were also rotten. That’s not healthy and safe for consumption. Also the quantity was smaller, as compared to what I normally get for 300g. My chicken was also small as compared to what I normally get for 2KG, no way what was delivered to me was 2KG, it’s okay to increase price if price changes, delivering size below expectation/order isn’t it. Also, I specifically stated that my chicken should be medium sized, but I got large sized and no way for me to cut it myself. PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE IN THIS ASPECT BECAUSE IT’S NOT NICE.

I have used Wosi Wosi for a while (always been a 4-5/5) and enjoyed their services until recently. My last order had half of my big jar of chin chin damaged and irretrievably spilled all over the yam, informed them and all I got was ‘oh that looks bad’. Was a bit upset as I had guest coming over and bought it to entertain! Messaged them weeks later to say that didn’t show empathy and what next, no response till date, this was at least 1 month ago. They used to be good at communication and resolving issues, especially Lara. I am going to try and order one more time, hopefully this order goes smoothly, we spend a lot on African food, it makes sense to be kept Happy, an apology with a promise to package items properly next time/inform transport company to be careful with transporting items would have done the trick!
