Great service today, Rhece went the extra mile, bath waste plug not releasing took the time to take it apart, sort out what was needed and repair and such a good price too, highly recommend

Went into shop armed with photos of my defective wc, expecting to purchase a new siphon, however, Rheece, the salesman, was able to identify the problem from the pics without the need to purchase anything. Old fashioned service, rarely seen nowadays. Many many thanks. Mike H
