Our project was slightly complicated due to greenbelt restrictions and perceived historical over-development. settle and green thoroughly researched the history of the plot, and suggested multiple avenues to try in order to win planning permission. alan's reconfiguration of the internal existing space has given us so much light and room, we no longer have any excuses to move house in the future. our project with settle and green has given us everything we wanted and needed, and we will be here for years to come. alan and ian are a pleasure to deal and incredibly professional. the process is very transparent, and communication is excellent. i would absolutely recommend settle and green who made our planning and building project stress-free.
