few new faces have appeared recently atmosphere is more friendly if served by the right staff [try to avoid kate] some of them even remember my coffee order customer service has improved

Great customer service from the polite young man who served me, though they could probably fit a few more tables and chairs in there.

Am a regular customer I always get great customer service and staff are always happy to help and go the extra step above and beyond. Would recommend specifically this Greggs to everyone because staff are so friendly and nice to have a chat with whilst preparing my order in the mornings on a side note prices and good food is always fresh hot and delicious. Thank you for making my days better

Visited Greggs at 68,/70 High St in Brentwood for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. Welcoming staff, extremely modest prices on both food and drink. Great selection of sarnies, cakes, biscuits and more. Clean, indoor seating, well worth a visit if you haven't been there yet. We will be returning soon !
