Rang them up with a problem and got such a fantastic response. Knew exactly what was needed and sorted it within 48 hours. They were even incredibly diplomatic in explaining what I had messed up to cause the issue in the first place! Knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, my new favourite LBS

Having recently moved to the area I was looking for a local bike shop to fit a new cassette on my turbo. I’d tried Momentum Cycles after a lacklustre experience at another bike shop and pleased that I did. Sylvi is super accommodating, very knowledgable and gave me price options of different cassettes. She also turned around the work in record time and had great communication (she was also super patient with all my questions). Will definitely be returning.
