One word: transformational. spencer and his team are first-class. there are plenty of outfits who use technical jargon to try and differentiate their service. here's a technology you cannot buy: excellent customer service, a charming personality, and a commitment and love of cycling. as a cherry on top, i'm speechless on the improvement in my comfort and cycling ability by booking a bicycle fitting. i'm only inclined to give 5 stars to businesses that hit all the marks both in product but also in service. that was easy in this case.

Excellent service and friendly staff! just started road cycling and started to suffer from a stiff/painful neck after a few hours in the saddle. the bike fit completely changed my riding experience. would recommend to anyone trying to improve comfort and performance.

Spencer was fantastic! extremely kind and patient, happy to explain and answer any questions i had. he made me feel extremely welcome and like i belong despite my lack of club / extensive cycling experience. i have and will continue heartily recommend him!

Highly recommend bike fit with spencer as a female rider & triathlete, never been so comfortable on my bike! the biggest difference i’ve noticed is how well positioned my seat is now. women’s specific saddles/positions are hard to get right and this is the first time i’ve felt super comfortable over long rides (also wasn’t at all awkward to discuss this with spencer!). adjustments to handlebars/headset/aero bars also really improved my riding position and ability to ride on the drops. bike felt like a speed demon on my next race, my saddle didn’t even cross my mind. overall, great experience, great results, thanks spencer!

The most cost effective way to boost your power output! really good experience, spencer really took his time to make sure everything was right. it felt like a new bike post session and i gained a 15%+ increase in power post bike fit. i went from averaging 145 watts on a normal session to 170, and there was a minor issue with the bike fit dimensions sheet, but spencer booked me in again to rectify free of charge. he couldn't have been more helpful. would definitely recommend!
