As someone who relies heavily on his bike to commute, I was really pleased to have walked into Trek at Battersea Reach to fix my broken chain and gears on my bike. The Team at Trek really know what they are doing. Not only did I get my bike back in time for my next long commute, given their knowledge, I was able to pick their brains about my bike - what they knew about the make and model, the longevity of some of the parts and when I should look at changing some of them and more. I highly recommend them.

This is a really great store with amazing staff. Really helpful going way above and beyond to help you find products that are not even in their store that are sold by competing brands elsewhere. The service area is excellent with extremely kind staff and the price of my puncture repair being only £16 is much cheaper than the 20 or £25. I’ve always paid before elsewhere. I cannot recommend this store enough😊

The service was outstanding. The moment you enter the door you get welcomed by the staff. Daniel was particularly helpful. He guided me all the way from choosing my bike and accessories up to the moment I collected it when my cycle scheme certificate was issued. He was really patient and accommodating. Great customer service! The store has a great ambiance and is very spacious too. There was plenty of options available. So happy I decided to get my first bike in Trek Battersea!
