Just a note to thank everyone at mercury cars for the very professional and efficient work carried out to my jaguar x type. other garages would not touch the potentially difficult issue, mercury soon assessed to problem and had the car back on the road in a couple of days. would highly recommend to anyone!

Had a service and some preventative work done to my xkr . excellent customer communications and very friendly. completed all the work to my car by the deadline i gave them. will be using their services again when required.

Just used mercury car centre for a service and mot on my bmw after reading the other reviews and they are totally justified. the customer service was excellent from initial booking through to return of my car. the work was completed effectively, at a good price, and without the usual hard sell of add-ons that franchise dealer usually imposes. will definitely be using mercury from here on.

I have used mercury for 2 or 3 repair/service jobs and have been very pleased with the service and end results. james, who i have dealt with at all times, has been extremely professional and approachable if i have had any questions or queries. in the nicest possible way, i hope i don't have to pay them a visit for a very long time

I don't normal leave reviews but these guys are seriously good at what they do. i have been in the motor trade my whole life and have dealt with a lot of garages at not many of them are as good as these guys, a very big thank you to alison and connor. i have just spent a large amount of money on my rr and they made it as pleasant as possible spending out that kind of money. they kept my updated throughout the job and had it ready before they said they would... thank you and i will be using them for preparation on other vehicles from now on. thank you
